A Series of Twelve Prints by Six Artists

Featuring Grenville Davey, Hamish Fulton, Michael Craig-Martin, Lisa Milroy, Ian McKeever and Bill Woodrow

Alan Cristea and Charles Booth-Clibborn of The Paragon Press have joined forces to publish a portfolio of twelve prints by six of the leading artists working in Britain today.

The work of Grenville Davey, Hamish Fulton, Michael Craig-Martin, Lisa Milroy, Ian McKeever and Bill Woodrow covers a huge range of subject matter, media and aesthetic approaches. Their only unifying link is their pre-eminence in the world of contemporary art. None of them has been known until now for their prowess in print making, but through the means of this portfolio, all of them have created images which would not have been possible in their accustomed media. Their prints add an important dimension to their previous accomplishments.

Their commitment to excellence and their pursuit of different print media to their full potential consolidate an exhibition with varying agendas and aesthetic concerns. These twelve prints demonstrate the vast creative scope offered by the medium and serve to reaffirm the importance of print making as an intrinsic element of contemporary art.
