A Century of European Prints
Seven London dealers, Alan Cristea, The Fine Art Society, Lumley Cazalet, Marlborough Graphics, Mercury Gallery, Frederick Mulder and William Weston will present a series of six complementary exhibitions, showing the most comprehensive survey of twentieth-century printmaking every mounted.
The exhibitions will run simultaneously at the six galleries, which are all within walking distance of one another, in the West End of London. The period 1890 to 1935 will be covered in an exhibition mounted by the Fine Art Society and Frederick Muhler. There will be three shows for the period 1925 to 1970, at Lumley Cazalet, Mercury Gallery and William Weston, and two from 1960 to present, at Alan Cristea and Marlborough Graphics.
