    Gallery Administrator

    Cristea Roberts Gallery is offering an exciting opportunity to work in a leading international contemporary art gallery, based in the heart of London.

    You will join a highly successful, dynamic and collaborative team as a Gallery Administrator.

    Responsibilities include managing our external exhibitions and consignments to museums and galleries across the world, organising gallery events including exhibition launches and events with artists, processing artwork sales, reception duties, and providing administrative support to one of the gallery directors. Good numeracy and literacy skills are essential. The successful applicant will have a flexible attitude with a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

    An interest in contemporary art and a qualification in art, history of art or similar is desirable. At least two years’ office experience is essential. You will join a thriving and supportive workplace, with opportunities to enjoy the creative and social culture of the gallery.

    Working hours are 9 – 5.30 Monday – Friday and approximately one Saturday in three (10.30 – 2). Some additional hours will occasionally be required. Hybrid working (one day a week) will be possible on the completion of a successful probationary period. Salary dependent on experience.
