Yinka Ilori is joined by Femi Koleoso and Ife Ogunjobi of Ezra Collective for a conversation, opened by a solo drumming performance by Femi.
Together, they will explore the role of rhythm, spirituality, storytelling, and community within Ilori’s new body of work, reflecting on the cultural and musical influences that inform their respective practices. The conversation will also touch on themes from Ezra Collective’s forthcoming album, 'Here Because of Hope', considering how ideas of joy, resilience, identity, and collective empowerment resonate across both music and visual art.
The conversation will be moderated by music journalist and writer Hattie Collins with limited ticketed availability.
